He currently serves in the Nephrology Department at Hayat Hospital, offering expert care in kidney-related diseases, dialysis, and renal transplantation. He completed his MBBS from Gauhati Medical College & Hospital (GMCH) in 2008 and earned his MD in General Medicine from Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMCH) in 2014. Dr. Roy pursued his DM in Nephrology at GMCH, completing it in 2024. His early education includes Modern English School and Swadeshi Academy in Guwahati.
