Dr Dibyaratna Patgiri has an MD from Gauhati Medical College and Hospital and an MBBS from Assam Medical College. Both the NABH POI Training and NABL ISO: 15189:2012 certifications for internal auditors are held by him. He has been a consultant biochemist and quality manager of the clinical lab in Hayat since 2013 and has 12 years of expertise. Since July 2022, he has also been in charge of quality, serving as NABH Coordinator and Additional Medical Superintendent.
